SR Cosmetics never tests their products on animals, nor do our products contain any animal by-products.  Our labs are 100% cruelty free!

All of our products are formulated using cutting edge technology, green chemistry, and botanical & plant based ingredients. We manufacture "clean" cosmetics that are free of parabens, SLS, and petrochemicals of any kind.  This is all made possible at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility where we follow the strictest health regulations.  This means that we are not only able to offer you the highest quality products, but the efficacy of those products is second to none.

You can always check the status of your order by signing in to your account page.  You will also receive email notification when the item has been confirmed, shipped and delivered.

Most orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 24 hours, depending on product availability.  Any orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

Your credit card will be charged at the time the order is placed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay as forms of payment

At this time, we are only shipping to customers in the United States.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.  You can track your package at any time by going to the bottom bar of our website and clicking on "Track Your Package."

All orders will be shipped via USPS at no charge to the customer.  Additional charges will apply for UPS Next Day and 2nd Day Air.  Next Day Air is available for $24.95 and 2nd Day for $17.95.  Next Day and 2nd Day service is not available to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  

All orders shipped via USPS will arrive within 3-4 business days from the time the ship date.
